1. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

• We provide support for shipping delays, but cannot take direct responsibility for them.

1. Return Conditions

• You have the right to return products free of charge within 14 days after receiving them, provided they are unused and their packaging is intact.

• Returned products must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unused.

• For hygiene reasons, some products (such as lip products or opened packages) cannot be returned.

• To initiate a return, simply email support@juvisrasuae.com with your order number.

• Using the return code we provide, deliver the products to  Cargo within 7 days.

• After approval, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
